I am a dedicated, loyal and hardworking individual happily married to my wife for 33 years. Together we have raised 2 strong independent kids. My passions are meeting new people and learning about them and their experiences. Outside that I love riding my Indian motorcycle, driving, boating, watersports, and traveling to warm sunny destinations. I also enjoy tinkering mechanically, working on house renovations, wood working and occasionally cooking. I began working at 12 years old at my father’s John Deere shop in Saskatchewan. After graduating I bought into the party/tool rental business for 21 years in West and North Vancouver before getting my real estate license in 2002. I started my own Real Estate Brokerage (Landmark Realty Mission) in 2008, obtained my Managing Brokers License shortly after that. Working in the real estate industry keeps me sharp, and allows me to meet and learn from all kinds of new people.
Del was easy to work with, flexible - very important for us having three small children including a brand new baby. Available when needed, willing to do open houses, and always on time. We had no issues, and he worked hard to get our house sold quickly on a short timeline.
